- ☐ One product: the URL is a single Weidian, Taobao, Tmall or 1688 item, not a store or search
- ☐ Full address: short share links have been opened in a browser and the final address copied
- ☐ Product id present: Weidian itemID, Taobao or Tmall id, or 1688 /offer/number.html
- ☐ Only the URL pasted, without surrounding message text
- ☐ Listing still live on the marketplace
What "Unsupported" means
Our converter only builds a Superbuy link from a product URL it recognises. If it cannot, it shows "Unsupported" rather than guessing.
If the listing is gone
Superbuy cannot buy a removed item. Check Alternatives on our product page, or browse best finds.
If Superbuy opens but looks wrong
- ☐ Refreshed once
- ☐ Compared with the original marketplace page
- ☐ Sent the original URL to Superbuy support if it still differs
Keep the source address
Once a link works, save the original marketplace URL with your Superbuy order. If the listing changes later or a question comes up about the option you chose, support can compare your order against the exact page you started from.
